We are looking for a qualified nurse RGN or RMN to join our team as Clinical Lead. As well as having clinical knowledge, applicants for this role must have strong communication skills and ability to lead other staff members. Successful applicants will have a good knowledge and understanding of person centred care.
We are keen to recruit someone who has a passion for working with the elderly and those living with dementia. Additionally, we are happy to welcome newly qualified nurses to our friendly team.
The successful applicant will be expected to be responsible for the direct supervision of care staff. Key duties include administering, Risk assessing and Care planning and liaising with members of the multi-disciplinary team. Ordering and monitoring medications.
Valid NMC Pin required.
Flexibility in working days is essential to ensure service levels are maintained.
- Ensure the care team provide all care in line with the multi professional evidence based care plan
- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualised care using evidence based guidelines
